You worked hard to earn your commissions. At Joy Organics, we want to make sure you receive what is yours. Below are the top reasons an order does not track properly. Please review the list below including the video. If you are still unsure as to why your order has not tracked, next steps will be listed at the bottom
#1 Your affiliate link was not formatted properly.
This is the most common issue with tracking issues. Please watch the video below to see if your link as this common error.
#2 Your follower has tracking blocked on his/her computer.
Unfortunately, some of your followers may have tracking blocked on his/her device. Many times, the consumer is not even aware of the blocking. If this is the case, please email me the order number or the customer’s first and last name. We will manually apply your commissions.
#3 The follower clicked on your link and then clicked on another affiliate’s link.
Most consumers are unaware of the negative impact of clicking on more than one link. They are simply doing more research. Another example of this type of error is when your follower uses another affiliate’s exclusive code.
Either way, if you know the name of your follower/customer, we can transfer the commission to you. Please email me the order number or the customer’s first and last name. We will manually apply your commissions.
